Magdiel is a California native, born and raised in Santa Cruz. As a child, she was always busy with extracurricular activities such as dance, soccer, and singing in a band, always very creative and artsy. She graduated from Soquel High School at the age of 17 and went on to study a range of subjects at Cabrillo College. At 19, she started her own photography business and continued her education to become a certified medical assistant at the age of 23.
